HISTORY
Our vinegar company has been operating in the vinegar field since 1962, but its origin derives from the ancient time, from a centuries old experience, handed down from father to son by the vinegar producers of Mantua.
Today, on the bases of a long lasting experience, we are still keeping the traditional artisan character of this activity and, exploiting the use of new technologies, we can propose wine vinegars and balsamic vinegars obtained by the natural, slow, traditional fermentation on chips in wooden tuns.
THE ORGANIC AGRICULTURE
We can proudly say that our production processes have always followed old rules, so as to permit us to start with the transformation of ORGANIC raw materials.
As a matter of fact, our vinegars are in compliance to EEC organic production regulations: our company is submitted to control regime by the QC&I International Services, official organic certification body.
